Auditions have been set for the summer musical “9 to 5” and we couldn’t be more excited that you are interested in joining us this year! Auditions will be held on Sunday, May 17th with two time slots available: 5:00 – 6:30 PM or 6:30 – 8:00 PM. We have 20 slots available during each slot and will do our best to move through everyone quickly and efficiently. For planning purposes we are asking that you sign-up for your preferred time slot through the Sign-Up Genius link below.
What do I need to prepare for the Audition?
- We have compiled an informational page with a show synopsis and character descriptions for your review prior to auditioning. Review that information using this link.
- Prepare a monologue of your own choosing. 1-2 minute in length.
- Prepare a song from the show. If you are interested in one of the leading roles, consider singing the ‘Notable Character Ballard’ as listed as part of the character descriptions provided above.
- Those interested in a male character or ensemble role can prepare with “Let Love Grow”.
- Those interested in a female character or ensemble role can prepare with “9 to 5”.
- Download a copy of the Audition Form below and bring it with you to your selected Audition time. If you don’t have access to a printer, we will have copies available at the door, simply arrive early so that you have time to complete the form.
